- 4.1. After sale service policy
- For products that meet the requirements, user should have RMA form authorized by our engineer. Please print and paste RMA form into the packing box at the eye- catching position. For the products without our company authorization, we reserve the right to reject.
- 4.2. Freight policy
- 4.2.1. Within Warranty: The customer is responsible for freight & insurance charges when the cargo is shipped to us. We are responsible for the freight & insurance charges from our side to the customer.
- 4.2.2. Out of Warranty: We provide paid repair service. In addition, the customer is responsible for the both side of freight & insurance charges.
- 4.3. Liability
- EGENS PRODUCTS liability for any loss or damage suffered by you and arising by way of defects in the goods or other wise how so ever shall be limited to the invoice price of the goods in respect of relation to which loss or damage is claimed. Our liability under this clause shall be in lie of any warranty of condition implied by law as to the quality or fitness for any particular purpose of the goods and services as provided.
